Nesvrta LLC Privacy Notice

Effective date: August 24, 2026

Nesvrta LLC (“Nesvrta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at nesvrta.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

This Notice covers the Site only. Any mobile applications published by Nesvrta LLC have separate in-app privacy policies that govern data collection within those apps.

Summary

Nesvrta’s website is a static informational site. We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or third-party embedded content. We do not maintain user accounts, contact forms, or comment systems. The only information we collect is standard technical data automatically recorded by our web server, described below.

Information We Collect

Web server logs

When you visit the Site, our web server automatically records limited technical information required to serve the pages and maintain the security of the Site. This information includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of your request, the pages you accessed, the type of browser and operating system you are using, and, when available, the referring URL.

We do not use cookies to identify or track visitors across sessions or across other websites. Our hosting platform may set strictly necessary session cookies for basic Site functionality; these do not identify you personally and are not used for analytics or advertising.

How Long We Keep Information

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Hosting provider. Our website hosting provider processes web server logs on our behalf as a necessary part of serving the Site. They act as our data processor and are contractually restricted to that purpose.
